Returns & Exchange Policy

 


  • Food and Non Food products once sold cannot be returned.
  • The products can only be exchanged within 3 days of purchase if there is a defect in it.
  • If the product has been used/opened for cooking, the exchange cannot be processed.
  • Any queries or complaints have to be raised through email or phone within 3 days of the receipt of the product.
  • In the email, describe the issue, mention order number, attach copy of invoice and clear image(s) of the defective product.
  • If an exchange is to be processed, the product has to be packed properly in a box to enable a pickup.
